  • be an individual, interested in finding a job in Europe
    and
  • be at least 18 years old                                                                

Therefore, during the Profile registration process "Job Seekers" are asked to provide WorkEma with some personal information ("Personal information"), which will be potentially used to establish work connections with interested counterparties ("Workforce Hirers" and/ or "Workforce Suppliers")

WE require our clients to provide us with correct and actual information about them ("Personal Information")

WE reserve the right to verify such information. 

After the registration process, your profile information will not be fully visible to other registered users of WorkEma. This means only impersonal data (e.g. Country of residence) will be visible in your Profile to other users. Therefore, "Job Seeker's'" personal information remains confidential and is only available to WorkEma.

Withall, your contact details could be obtained (purchased) by any of interested Business users of WorkEma ("Workforce Suppliers" and "Workforce Hirers") only after you have at least one active Ad published. Please also note, that other "Job Seekers" won't be able neither to purchase your contact details nor to contact you. Please read actual Data Processing principles for details.

Using WorkEma web services is free of charge. Only when all interested parties are ready for Contract, bill payment shall apply.
