According to EU legal acts and regulations, a 'posted worker' is an employee who is sent by his employer company B - "Workforce Supplier" to carry out a service in another EU Member State on a temporary basis for another company A - "Workforce Hirer". It is implied that "Workforce Supplier" provides "Workforce Hirernot only with workforce but also with own professional equipment, tools, and coveralls in this case. Also, this service provisioning model should not be paid on per hour terms, as it has to be classified as 'Employee leasing' model then.

Outsourcing

Is an agreement in which one company A contracts its own internal activity to another company B. It involves the contracting out of a business process (e.g. payroll processing) and operational or non-core functions (e.g. manufacturing, facility management, call center support) to another party.

Conclusion

Requirements for    "Workforce Hirers

WE run our service for "Workforce Hirers" who are simply required to:

  • be a publicly registered business entity
    and
  • have the necessity of workforce
    or
  • be a publicly registered recruitment agency
    and
  • have excess workforce  or workforce necessity

Therefore, during the Profile registration process, "Workforce Hirers" are asked to provide WorkEma with some business-related information ("Business information"), which will be potentially used to establish business connections with interested counterparties ("Workforce Suppliers")

WE require our clients to provide us with correct and actual information about them ("Personal Information") and their businesses ("Business Information")

WE reserve the right to verify such information.

After the registration process, your profile information (both personal and business) will not be fully visible to other registered users of WorkEma. This means only impersonal data (e.g. Country of residence) will be visible in your Profile to other users. Therefore, "Workforce Hirers'" personal information remains confidential and is only available to WorkEma.

Withall, your business contact details could be obtained (purchased) by any of interested Business users of WorkEma ("Workforce Suppliers" and "Workforce Hirers") only after you have at least 1 active Ad published in the category "Supplying workforce", which is not your primary category and should be used only when you have temporarily unused workforce.  This means, that by publishing at least one Job Ad in the category "Supplying workforce", you agree that your contact information could be obtained (purchased) by any of interested Business users of WorkEma to start a direct cooperation with you. In all other cases, your business information remains confidential and is only available to WorkEma. Please read actual Data Processing principles for details.


"Job Seeker" is an individual registered on WorkEma, interested in finding a job in the  EU.

"Job Seeker" is an individual registered on WorkEma, interested in finding a job in the  EU.

Using WorkEma web services is free of charge. Only when all interested parties are ready for Contract, bill payment shall apply.

However, you could also publish "Quick ad" which does not require account creation and is functionally limited. We recommend to create an account, as it is absolutely free and much more effective step on the path to cooperation.
